Franklin County 4-H Public Speaking Tournament

4-H members of all ages are invited to show off their public speaking talents in either the Demonstration or Illustrated Talk categories. The members participate in a scored contest and will receive awards at the conclusion of the event. This event is a required pre-qualifier for the State 4-H Public Speaking Tournament on April 8th in Orono, ME. Last year, Franklin County was thrilled to have three members be awarded Blue Ribbons at States! Come encourage our county youth on Saturday, April 1st!
