Wilderness and Remote First Aid Course

The American Red Cross Wilderness and Remote First Aid course course is ideal for anyone who finds themselves in the outdoors, on a day hike or an overnight trip, where help is more than an hour away. This 18 hour course provides a foundation of first aid principals and skills that will help participants gain the confidence needed to respond to emergencies and give care in areas that do not have immediate emergency medical services, such as wilderness and remote environments, as well as urban disasters such as earthquakes and hurricanes.
