Behavior Modification Workshop

Minding the Body is an eight-week workshop on wellness, diet and self-reflection through writing designed, according to its organizers, to create a positive relationship with nutrition and lifestyle in a confidential, nurturing, and fun environment.

The workshop is a collaborative program intended for women who want to achieve weight loss through behavior modification and nutritional counseling, and exploratory personal writing in a creative workshop.

It will begin on Monday, Jan. 4, at 6:30 p.m. at The Orange Cat Cafe, 329 Main Street, and will run through March 1.

The cost is $120. Group leaders are Bryn Doiron, Master of Science, Registered Dietitian/Licensed Dietitian, and Mary Poulin, Master of Fine Arts in Writing.
