Scarecrow Reunion: The Phillips Conservation Commission presents the 24th annual Scarecrow Reunion at the scarecrow lot, lower Main St. at Rt. 149. Set up is Oct. 3 and 4 (be set up by noon on Sunday). Public viewing from Oct. 4 through Columbus Day. A fun family event, no registration fee, donations accepted.
