MITA Release Party at Hostel of Maine

It’s finally here – the annual release of Maine Island Trail Ale (MITA) from Rising Tide! This year we’re lucky enough to be hosting the Western Maine release party on our patio at the foot of Sugarloaf.

Join us on the 7th of April to wish the remaining weeks of winter a loving goodbye, and welcome session ale filled spring and summer days! We’ll have live music from Brian Wardwell, “lawn” games, and more.

MITA is a crisp and bright ale with notes of citrus and pine. Two time winner of the MaineToday Maine Madness Beer Tournament, and a consistently well loved session ale, MITA is a HoME favorite.

Some housekeeping notes;
* Parking will be limited, so please carpool or take the mountain shuttle if you’re already nearby!
* This is a 21+ event, and IDs will be checked when you arrive
* We will hopefully be able to give folks a tour of the hostel if people arrive early enough and it does not inconvenience the guests who are staying that evening – if it’s too busy, we’re happy to give tours any other day!
