Navaratri is a festival celebrating the supreme female cosmic power or Goddess Shakti. She is worshiped in her variously manifested forms as Durga, Laxmi and Saraswati. We could all use some love an insight from The Mother right about now!

Each festival at Sat Manav Yoga Ashram is a rare opportunity and offering to the public to step out of daily life and travel back in time to a pure Yoga Ashram reminiscent of ancient India. A day of inspiring intensives, illuminating discourse, uplifting ceremony, incredible food and live music...all in an idyllic mountain setting! Join us!
