The breath is the vehicle of life. We can survive weeks without food, days without water, but only minutes without breathing. The practice of Pranayama is the perfection of breathing, the methodology of expanding life. Pran is the “life force” or energy that animates all life. Ayama means “expansion” or “extension”. Pranayama is the “expansion and extension of the life force”.

Through directed attention, deepening awareness and dynamic exercises Pranayama expands and extends the gross, subtle and energetic aspects of breathing, expanding the Pran and extending our experience of living. Resulting in the expansion and extension of fulfillment!

Join us for this weekend retreat and learn seldom revealed secrets of Pranayama. It is the most powerful Yogic practice, purifying the body and the mind, freeing us from all levels of toxicity and filling us with LIFE!

Our retreat includes:

• 3 hours of teachings, application, and discussion on Pranayama
• 8 hours of Asana (postures), Pranayam (breath extension) and meditation intensives
• Sattvic (balanced) vegan fare-prepared by experienced dedicated practitioners and chefs
• Pradakshina-a meditative hike, circumambulating our Guru's practice temple, a traditional practice to receive the emanations of accomplished practitioners (optional)
