SeniorsPlus Caregiver Support Group

Time: 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Location: 218 Fairbanks Road in Farmington

This support group is for caregivers of persons with Alzheimer’s or other forms of Dementia. This is a wonderful chance to connect with others, share experiences, gain information, support and a friendly ear.

You do not have to pre-register to attend the support group.
