Rally for Norlands features a wide variety of living history demonstrations, exhibits, and engaging activities remembering the activities of the Civil War. Visit civilian and infantry encampments, watch battle scenarios, and enjoy fashion shows, horse-drawn wagon rides, blacksmithing demonstrations, music, one-room schoolhouse, tours of the 1867 Washburn family mansion, storytelling, a gala country dance, and more. Hands-on history activities are planned for all ages.
This family-friendly event is organized by the 3rd Maine Company A and 15th Alabama Company G to benefit Washburn-Norlands Living History Center.
Gates open at 9am each day.
Daily admission is $13 per person ($10 for members of Norlands; $7 ($5) for children age 12 and under. Free for ages 5 and under. Weekend pass rates available.
Tickets will be sold at the gate. No reservations are necessary.
Norlands is located at 290 Norlands Road in Livermore, Maine.
